The Normcore Needle Distributor Tool V3 is designed to take your espresso puck preparation to the next level, offering two innovative versions to suit your brewing style: Concentric and Planetary. Both are built with stepless depth adjustmen by simply rotating the handle to set the perfect stirring depth for your basket. Each tool also comes with replaceable needles and accessories for easy maintenance.

The Concentric Version uses 16 precision-aligned needles arranged on a fixed disc, following evenly spaced circular paths as you rotate. This ensures clumps are broken down, the coffee bed is leveled, and channeling at the edges is minimized—resulting in consistent, balanced extractions.

Unlike conventional WDT tools, the Planetary Version is designed to take the puck preparation a step further with its advanced needle trajectory that mirrors the planetary orbit motions. Featuring 15 fine needles in five independent groups, it creates a planetary orbit while rotating, delivering deeper, multi-directional stirring. This design maximizes coverage across the puck, eliminates clumping, and produces a denser, more uniform bed. Max stirring diameter: 56mm
